Marie, Yoga Teacher, and Anna, Massage Therapist, welcome you with their calming spirit. They guide you into deep restorative yoga poses. Your body melts over bolsters and blankets, leaving you relaxed from the tips of your toes to the crown of your head. You surrender to rest. Marie and Anna offer hands on adjustments and place the hot stones over your clothes - enough to feel the warmth and weight. Deep, supported poses help your body to fully engage, allowing the precise positioning to work its magic. Adding hot stones helps your body relax deeply, nourishing + refreshing your entire system.

All are welcome - the class is accessible to all levels and no experience is necessary.
